What is Staffshare365?

Staffshare365 is a human resources and staff management website used to hire, schedule and communucate with personnel.

As a business or organization, how many employees or staff members can I add to my network to manage?

You can add as many staff members to your network as you like though up to 100 staff members is optimal.

Is Staffshare365 free to join?

Yes! Staffshare365 is free to join for businesses for 30 days and charities indefinitely upon admin approval (subject to change).

Business may continue to use the human resources component for free indefinitely after the 30 day trial ends.

As a staff member do I need to be an employee or a volunteer of an employer or organization subscribed to this site?

No. You may use our website independently of employers or organizations to find work, create a resume (to share electronicallly or for print), track of your activities with our calendar and store documents.

Is Staffshare365 free to join for employees?

Yes! Staffshare365 is free for staff employees to sign-up and use. You do not need to be employed by a business to use the site.

Timezone

When you select a Timezone, the time of that zone will be calculated as your time according to the application. All actions that leave a timestamp will use that time. You may change your timezone if you travel or move and the timestamps will adjust according to the new timezone you enter.

Password requirements

Your password requires a minimum of six (6) characters, including one (1) capital letter, one (1) lower-case letter and one (1) number. Example : Password2

Security Questions

Security questions are your key to re-entry if you have lost your password or if you are required to authenticate your membership.

Business Types

There are three (3) Business Types - Goods, Services and Goods and Services used to identify your business.For example: A hairdresser would select "Service", a hardware store would select "Goods" and an automechanic would select "Goods and Services".

Work Week Start Day

The Work Week Start Day establishes the beginning of the business work week. Some businesses may wish to assign their weekly business start day with the weekly payroll start day. Keep in mind, this will be your staff's initial day for scheduling when you create their schedules. For example, offices generally start on a Monday, while a restaurant may start on a Sunday. You may choose any day as the start of the work week.

Years in Business

The Years in Business field is auto-calculated based on the business start date entered. The calculation will result in the number of years, months and days up to the present day that the company has been in operation.

Staff membership account activation

To activate your membership login to your email account and click on the membership activation link provided to you by Staffshare365. If the email does not appear in your inbox, please check your spam settings or junk mail.

Do charities subscribe for free?

Yes. Charities may have full use of our site for free once your organzation is verfied by Staffshare365.

Do staff members have to subscribe (pay) to join Staffshare365?

No subscription is required for staff members. Staff members sign up independently and join for free.

What are the 2 business subscription types?

1. Business Staff Finder: Enables businesses and organizations to hire and keep track staff through staffshare365's human resource panel for free!

2. Business: This paid monthly membership enables business and organizations to use the human resource panel and use other functions such as scheduling, documents sharing, company log books, staff labour reports, cash-out reports and more!

Does staffshare Back-up Documents?

Yes. Stafshare365 backs up business and organizations' documents for staff schedules, client bookings and company notes automatically at midnight each day. Copies of the documents are stored on Staffshare365 servers and can be optionally emailed to a designated email address of your choosing.

To view FAQ videos click on the link below the question you have selected. All videos are in MP4 format. If the videos still don't play check your anti-virus software permissions or video player to make sure they can play the MP4 format.

Is the app avaiable on Apple and Google Play stores?

Yes, Staffshare365 is available on Apple and Google Play stores. Staffshare365 is also responsive to most media platforms. You can view and use the application on virtually any smartphone, tablet or computer using a web browser.

What browsers are required to use Staffshare365?

Any major web browser is suitable to use our application, Chrome, Explorer, Firefox, Opera and Safari work best.
